
We provide a professional service to our clients by helping them plan, organize and book their trip to Italy. In addition we are available to help you if you run into problems during your travels and we make a point of following up with you on their return.
Specifically we:
Conduct an initial interview with you to determine your travel requirements.
We bring to bear our direct experience and conduct research to find the trip components that best meet your needs.
We prepare a "Trip Plan and Proposal" containing our suggestions and details of the various elements of the trip
We book and arrange payment for the various elements of the trip.
We prepare a document package including an itinerary, all travel confirmations, financial summary, pre-trip preparation tips and other information.
We conduct a "Pre-Departure Briefing" to review the arrangements and answer questions.
We provide enroute assistance as needed.
We conduct a post trip follow up
As the amount of work on our part is related to the number of bookings we make, we charge our fee based on this factor. You will be charged $50 per individual booking with a minimum of $100. GST is additional to this amount. This fee is applied at the time the booking is confirmed by the supplier. If you decide to cancel or change the booking for any reason after the booking is confirmed a new fee will be applicable to any new booking as we will be repeating the work we have already done. We collect the $100 minimum at the time you agree to work with us as a retainer. This retainer is applied against any amounts you will owe us for Professional Service Fees and is non-refundable if eventually you do not book with us. These fees are nonrefundable but may be covered by any cancellation insurance you may purchase.
